Shipping and Returns

Returns Policy 

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the items received are damaged or defective. If you have received damaged goods, defective items or the wrong order, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will replace or refund the product. Please provide your order number and the name on your order in your initial email to info@margentfarm.com

 

Shipping 

When ordering samples, please allow 5-7 days business days for processing and shipment. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day that your order is shipped.

For panels, or custom made products, please allow 8-16 weeks depending on your order. Specific processing and shipment times will be provided for all custom orders.

Other products, unless specified will be processed and shipped within 6-8 business days.

We do ship worldwide. However, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system. Customs charges are different for every country, and Margent Farm Ltd. does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc.

Upon dispatch your order, a tracking number will be provided to you to be able to monitor shipment in progress

Any international orders that are in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package has been held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee.

 

Packages Returned to Sender

Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organise a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 15 days, your order is Null & Void.
