All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for any reason other than goods that arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must:

• Notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving the item
• Include clear photos and a description of the issue
• Email us at info@margentfarm.com

We will review your claim and, if accepted, offer a replacement, repair, or refund — at our discretion.

Shipping responsibility 

If a return is approved due to damage or fault:

• We will arrange or reimburse the return shipping
• Returned goods must be in original packaging and condition

Margent Farm occasionally hosts educational days, farm visits, and workshops. Registration is subject to availability and may require payment in advance. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events with reasonable notice.

Bookings for farm events, talks, or workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless:

The event is cancelled by us, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

If a damaged or faulty item has been approved for a refund or exchange, refunds will be issued:

• Once the returned goods have been received and inspected
• To the original payment method, within 7–10 business days of approval

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).
